These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between David Stejskal, business ID 02221161, with registered office Suchého 29/5, Brno – Medlánky 62100 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and end users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") of the ActingJet web application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
1.1. The Application allows Users to register, manage their accounts, and upload videos and photos. By uploading, Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content within the Application.
1.2. Video uploads require a subscription that can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis and is processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
1.3. The Operator reserves the right to change, remove, or discontinue any part of the Application for any reason, without prior notice.
1.4. The User may not copy, distribute, or modify the Application in any way, except for permitted actions within the normal use of the Application.
1.5. The User acknowledges that the Operator is not responsible for content uploaded by any User. Any User or visitor to the Website is entitled to report to the Operator any inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise disturbing content, or any other error or defect of the Website.
2.1. Registration to the Application is mandatory and can be completed using an email address or through Google. After registration, Users have the option to purchase a subscription and upload videos.
2.2. Payments for subscriptions are processed through the Stripe payment gateway, and all transactions are handled by Stripe. The Operator does not store payment card information.
2.3. The User can manage their subscription in the account settings, including canceling the subscription at any time or updating payment card information.
2.4. Subscription refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase, if required by law. Otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable.
3.1. The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the personal data protection policy available on the Operator's website.
3.2. We process the following personal data: email address, telephone number, first name, last name, and any additional information that the User voluntarily provides.
3.3. The User's personal data is processed by the Operator for a maximum period of 5 years from the granting of consent to processing, unless the User’s subscription or account is canceled earlier.
